Emotional-IQ Account Deletion
This page is the public Google Play account deletion web resource for Emotional-IQ. Emotional-IQ lets users create an optional account to sync progress, and you can request deletion of your account and associated app data using the in-app flow or the web request option below.

How to request deletion
In-app deletion
Open Emotional-IQ and go to Settings -> Account -> Delete account.
Web fallback
If you cannot access the app, send a message to the same shared support inbox used for website enquiries. Use the subject "Emotional-IQ account deletion request" and include the email address used for your Emotional-IQ account.

- Quiz attempts and answers
- Streaks
- Preferences
- App-owned synced Emotional-IQ data
Limited retained data
We may retain limited records when required for security, fraud prevention, refunds, legal compliance, or billing audit purposes. These retained records are minimized and are not used to restore gameplay progress.
Guest data
Guest play stores limited data locally. When anonymous guest sync is available, Emotional-IQ may create an anonymous Supabase Auth identity and store associated gameplay remotely. If anonymous sign-in is unavailable, no remote guest identity is created and guest play remains local-only.
If a remote guest identity exists, use Settings -> Account -> Delete account to delete the current remote guest identity and synced data. Signed-in users can use the same in-app path or submit a request through this page. Clearing app storage or uninstalling removes local data but does not itself request deletion of remote guest data when a remote identity exists.
Processing time
Deletion requests are reviewed and processed within a reasonable period, typically within 30 days.
